Results are cleaned automatically. Punctuation, brackets and mailto: prefixes around addresses are stripped, malformed addresses are dropped, and you can sort or remove duplicates with one click.

Frequently asked questions
Can the tool pull emails from a web page link?
No. Open the page, copy its content or source and paste it into the tool. This keeps your data on your own device.
Why were some emails not extracted?
The tool skips strings that look like emails but have invalid syntax, such as a missing domain ending or illegal characters. The count is shown under "Invalid skipped".
May I collect other people’s email addresses?
Only process data you have the right to use, such as your own customer contacts, and follow applicable data protection laws.
