About Email Validator

The Email Validator checks the syntax of every address in your list and separates valid emails from broken ones. Each invalid email comes with a specific reason, such as a missing @, a space or an invalid domain, so you know how to fix it.

How to use

1. Paste your list with one address per line, or upload a file.
2. Choose whether to remove duplicates and convert to lowercase.

Frequently asked questions

Does a valid email mean the inbox is active?

Not necessarily. The tool confirms the address is written correctly. A well-formed address may still have been closed.

Are newer endings like .shop or .online supported?

Yes. Every valid domain ending is accepted, including country codes and new generic endings.

Is there a limit on how many emails I can check?

There is no fixed limit. Validation runs on your device, so speed depends on your hardware. Hundreds of thousands of lines usually take only a few seconds.
