The URL Shortener turns long, hard-to-remember links into short ones you can share on social media, in messages, emails or printed material. Give your link a memorable custom name and track clicks day by day.

This is the only tool on the site that stores data on a server, because a short link has to be remembered in order to send visitors to the original address.

How to use

1. Paste the original link starting with http:// or https://.
2. Enter a custom name if you like, such as spring-sale-2026, or leave it blank for an automatic code.
3. Click "Shorten" and copy your new short link.
4. See your links, their click counts and a 7-day chart, or delete a link when you no longer need it.

Why can’t I see my links in a different browser?

Your link list is tied to the browser you created it in. Use the same browser and keep its site data to manage your links.

Can I shorten any kind of link?

Short links must not be used for scams, malware, spam or illegal content. Such links will be removed.

Can I change the destination after creating a link?

Not at the moment. Delete the old link and create a new one. You can reuse the custom name once it has been freed.
