UtilKit provides free tools for email lists, text, QR codes, short links and Base64. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may only use the tools for lawful purposes and with data you have the right to use. You must not:

• Send spam or advertising messages without the recipients’ consent, or use the tools to support such activity.

• Process personal data that was collected unlawfully, leaked or stolen.

• Create short links to scams, phishing, malware, adult content or anything illegal.

• Attempt to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website’s systems.

4. Short links

We may disable or delete any short link that breaks these terms or is reported as harmful, without prior notice. You can report abusive links through the Contact page.

5. Ownership

The interface, source code, guide content and UtilKit brand belong to us. The data you process and the results you create (such as split files or QR codes) belong to you.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the tools accurate but do not guarantee that results are always error-free or fit for every purpose. Please double-check results before using them for important work.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Ads and external links

The website shows third-party advertising and may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
